We Ship Worldwide

On-hand items are processed same day for same day delivery from 8am to 5pm, Tuesdays to Sundays.

For Pre-order items (everything excluding food as food is delivered next day), processed within 3 - 5 working days of ordering with additional 1 - 2 more days for shipping. Provincial orders though may have to wait a little bit longer.

An email confirmation will be sent to the email address given on your order once the order has been shipped.

We will send you a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number once your package has been sent!

We advise you not to order if these times are not acceptable.

*Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore Una Ricci is not guaranteeing delivery dates but we will always do our best to deliver on or before your delivery dates.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.

All shipping fees are paid for by customers, directly payable to the courier upon delivery of package.
